Intercultural Competence for Police and Defence Forces

We offer these seminars in German, English and Spanish for police, defence forces and security agencies.

Intercultural Sensitization

Information about the country
Establishing contacts and cultivating relations with the civilian population
Reflection on experience made in assignments in a foreign culture
Cultural differences in communication
Gestures and taboos
Conflict management and de-escalation
Police questioning in cultural context
Religion, moral concepts and their effects

The contents of the seminar will be developed as needed and can be held one-on-one or in groups. We offer these seminars in German, Spanish and English.
