We offer these seminars in German, English and Spanish for police, defence forces and security agencies.

Intercultural Sensitization

  • Information about the country
  • Establishing contacts and cultivating relations with the civilian population
  • Reflection on experience made in assignments in a foreign culture
  • Cultural differences in communication
  • Gestures and taboos
  • Conflict management and de-escalation
  • Police questioning in cultural context
  • Religion, moral concepts and their effects

The contents of the seminar will be developed as needed and can be held one-on-one or in groups. We offer these seminars in German, Spanish and English.
